What is Clio for Clients
At Invictus Law, we believe your legal matter shouldn’t require endless phone calls, email chains, or wondering what comes next. That’s why we use Clio for Clients, a secure online portal that gives you convenient access to your case whenever you need it.
Whether you’re reviewing documents at home, sending us requested information from your phone, or checking an upcoming court date while you’re away, Clio keeps everything organized in one secure location.
Your legal matter involves confidential information that deserves more protection than traditional email. Clio was built specifically for law firms and uses bank-level encryption to safeguard communications and documents while making it easier for you to stay connected with your legal team.
Using Clio allows us to communicate more efficiently, securely exchange documents, provide important updates, and reduce delays caused by missed emails or misplaced paperwork. Instead of searching through dozens of emails, everything related to your case is available in one convenient portal.
Our goal is simple: make working with your attorney as easy, secure, and transparent as possible.

Signing In Is Easy
Unlike many websites, Clio doesn’t require you to remember another password. Instead, you’ll sign in using the email address associated with your case.
Each time you log in, Clio sends a secure one-time authentication link to your email. Simply click the link to access your client portal. For your security, each link expires after one hour. If it expires before you use it, simply request a new one.
To avoid login issues, be sure to use the same email address that Invictus Law originally invited to the client portal.
What to Expect
The first time you log in, you’ll arrive at your personal case dashboard. This serves as the home page for your matter and provides access to messages, shared documents, invoices, appointments, and case updates.
As your case progresses, you’ll receive notifications whenever new information becomes available. Depending on your matter, you may also see your current case stage so you’ll always know where things stand.
Available in English and Spanish
Clio for Clients allows users to switch between English and Spanish. Once selected within the application settings, the portal and future notifications will continue to appear in your preferred language.
