Ms. Beasley is a Virginia Beach native who has joined our firm as a family law attorney. She has a passion for helping people navigate the complex and often emotional issues of family law. She is a skilled and experienced attorney who is committed to advocating for her clients’ rights and well-being. Ms. Beasley understands the sensitive and personal nature of family law disputes. She approaches each case with empathy, compassion, and honesty, taking the time to listen to her clients’ concerns and goals. She offers them personalized legal solutions that are tailored to their unique circumstances and needs. Whether through negotiation, mediation, or litigation, Ms. Beasley is dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients and their families.
Before joining Invictus Law, Ms. Beasley graduated from the University of Virginia and obtained her law degree from Syracuse University College of Law. She began her career as a criminal defense and family law attorney, specializing in matters such as divorce, child custody, domestic violence, and support. She also served her community as a Public Defender and a certified Guardian ad Litem, representing the best interests of children in court proceedings. Ms. Beasley has a solid foundation in law and a passion for social justice, which she brings to every case she handles.
Attorney Beasley’s unwavering commitment to justice and advocacy has earned her the respect and admiration of her peers and clients alike. She has been recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers and a Top 40 under 40 by the National Black Lawyers in 2023 and 2024. She is also a member of the Virginia State Bar, the South Hampton Roads Bar Association, and the Chesapeake Bar Association. Ms. Beasley is a life-long member of the First Baptist Church of Lambert’s Point in Norfolk, VA, and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She also serves as a board member of the T2 Fitness Foundation, a nonprofit organization that promotes health and wellness in the community. In her spare time, she enjoys the beach with her two Rottweilers and a Bulldog: Puma, Dottie, and Kanan.
